At rocepez media, we’re committed to delivering high-quality services and digital solutions that align with your goals. Because our offerings are often custom-built, content-based, and digital in nature, all sales are considered final. That said, we believe in being fair and transparent—so if there’s ever an issue, we want to work with you to make it right.
For services and digital products, including strategy sessions, content creation, podcast production, digital downloads, and design work, we do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed or work has begun. If you believe there has been an error in your order or experience, please contact us at [email protected] within 5 business days of your purchase. We’ll review your request and, if appropriate, offer a credit toward a future service or product.
For bookings and cancellations, all scheduled consultations, media days, and filming sessions require advance payment and are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, we ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. We’ll do our best to accommodate, though rescheduling is not guaranteed and may incur a fee depending on availability.
For subscription or retainer services, you may cancel with 30 days’ written notice. Charges already processed are non-refundable, but your service will continue through the end of the billing cycle.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated without first contacting us, we reserve the right to challenge it and restrict future service availability. We’re here to help—please reach out directly if you have a concern.
